HOW DO I BOOK?

We will send our pricing and band options. After your review, we schedule a call to confirm your chosen musicianship. For US weddings 30% deposit and contract signed, confirms your booking. For European weddings 50% deposit and contract signed confirms, your booking.

What to expect after I book?

You have up to 2 weeks before your wedding to choose your ceremony songs and any special requests. You’ll receive a song selection guide and automatic reminders. If you’d like a member of our team to attend a rehearsal there is an extra fee. We will stay in prompt communication with both clients and coordinators.

Backline / Sound / Lighting / Stage Plots

Some of our pricing includes all backline, sound, and PA. However, for larger bands we prefer support from your chosen production team or we can recommend. We bring our own technical engineer, but we do not provide stages. Most venues have stages. We will provide stage plots and input lists for larger band productions. For European weddings, we do not travel with ANY equipment or instruments (exceptions being violin, horns). We partner with EU backline company.

Arrival Times / Green Rooms

We sound check 1 hour before start time. This means we load in early to set PA, plugin, store equipment in the green room, and dress for sound check. Green rooms are not required but they are very helpful, especially for our larger bands.
